Fly-in Fly Fishing BC

Our home river, the Kakweiken, provides some superb BC fly fishing for Dolly Varden, Cut-Throat, Rainbow, Summer & Spring Steelhead, Coho, Chum & Pink Salmon. The best time to catch the salmon is the third week of July through August. Steelhead are best mid-April through May for the spring run and August for the summer run. Trout are all season.

Fishing has reached the point where, if you can drive to it, there will be crowds. By flying into our wilderness area most of your fishing will be done in quiet uncrowded bays. Usually, we are the only boats there.
